I am Ilya Gizbrecht, a husband, father of two children, entrepreneur and passionate advocate of personal and professional growth. Having lived in Germany for the past 39 years, I have been privileged to build a fulfilling life and career based on innovation, leadership, and community.

Professional achievements

I am the CEO and owner of X10 GmbH, and my professional path spans various industries:

• Founder of the Equium business community in Germany, which promotes cooperation and growth of entrepreneurs.

• Co-founder of the Charity Foundation for the Support of Gifted Children – giving to future generations.

• Participates in the development and production of heavy cargo drones, expanding the boundaries of technology and logistics.

• Experience in building telecommunication networks – creating vital infrastructure.

• Co-owner of two travel companies – I combine a passion for travel with business.
